We are a family business with the privilege of growing 3.000 olive trees in Ilia, Western Greece.Our olive grove is located in a serene environment by the Ionian Sea. The mild weather and temperature allow us to produce one of the purest extra virgin olive oils, full of antioxidants and good fats that nourish people's bodies and minds. The olives are handpicked so as not to harm the fruits and the branches of our trees.We cold press our olives without heat or additional chemicals; as a result, our extra virgin olive oil retains more nutrients and is loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats.We harvest the fruit of our trees and produce our purest extra virgin olive oil the same day. We then put it in our well-designed dark glass bottle to keep it away from light and preserve its top quality. We have adopted all available sustainable agriculrural practices, and we are currently converting to organic agriculture and we are currently in our 3rd year of transition to organic farming.
