We specialize in processing and creating high value added products based on fresh garlic.Our main products are fresh garlic peeled cloves, fresh garlic finely chopped and pulp.

Chopped garlic frees the consumer from any further processing and is the most widespread form used as a pure product contrary to other similar products currently on the market.

The shelf life of fresh peeled cloves is 2 months and of the finely chopped up to 9 months provided they are in a refrigerator.

Our goal is our products to reach the final consumer naturally fresh without containing chemical preservatives and additives or other natural preservatives such as olive oil, brine, vinegar etc. which affect their natural taste and, above all, their physical properties.

The company applies a food safety management system ISO 22000: 2005 (HACCP).
