OLITHEA is a very small Greek family business that is involved in the production and packaging of organic extra virgin live oil. The olive groves of the company of a total area of 130 acres, are located in the village of Agios Mattheos, Corfu, and the cultivated variety is LIANOLIA, a traditional variety of the island with special characteristics.

The area of Agios Mattheos has a special natural microclimate that combines sea breeze with the freshness of the mountain, offering olives unique characteristics. This special feature in combination with the application of stringent standards of organic farming at each stage of production, results in the production and packaging an excellent virgin olive oil of high quality, full of scents and flavors.
